(This is a sampling of the Activities, you will find on our Members Page. We will also be placing monthly curriculum for our Members! Please Be patient as we are putting this on very fast! Our Education Committee has smoke coming from their ears!) January National Bread Month: Make bread with your children, a new type each week, (loaf, muffins, pretzels, rolls, pancakes, etc.)
A.) Books 1.) "Walter the Baker" (Carle) 2.) "Pancake, Pancake" (Carle) 3.) "Bread & Jam for Frances" (Hoban) 4.) "If you give a Moose a Muffin" (Numeroff)
National Book Month: Read at least one book with your children per day or keep a tally and see if you can make it to 100 this month! Visit a Library and let each child check out a book with your card.
A.) Books 1.) "Wild about Books" (Sierra) 2.) "At the Library" (Loomis) National Soup Month: Have soup for at least one meal per week. Read Book: "Stone Soup" and make some with your children each bringing a vegetable from home.
