Legally Licensed Exempt Providers

Family Childcare Providers that are not licensed, legally caring for fewer than 6 children, (non relative children) in Indiana.  Licensing is not required for a Childcare Home if the provider is not paid, cares for only relative children, cares for less than 6 children not including their own, or serves Migrant Children.
